Junk & Rubbish

What cannot be included in junk/rubbish loads :

*Loose Household food/ health waste (Red bin) or Recycling bottles etc (Yellow bin) stuff must be contained in suitable rubbish bags in order to be removed. If left loose, this may not be removed.

Soil, Clay, Stones, Rocks, Bricks, Concrete, Tiles, Gib, Liquids, Paints, oils, chemicals, Toxic or Hazardous waste, Asbestos, Animal manure.

Green Waste

What cannot be included in green waste loads :

Cabbage tree leaves, Toi toi leaves, Bamboo, Tree stumps, Loose grass clippings, compost heaps, Painted or treated Timber, Animal Manure, Stones, Rocks, Soil, Clay, Large branches over 20 cm diameter, Tree Stumps.

We have a service radius of 20 km from base in Papanui. For locations outside of this we charge a travel fee of $2 per km one way for any km traveled outside of the radius, on top of any load size. *Location conditions apply.

For heavy duty clean ups where items are scattered around the property, inside the house and a considerable amount of  time is needed to remove/clean up everything, we charge $45.00 per hour on top of any load size. This will always be discussed before any work is completed.

We confirm the load size once all items have been loaded into the trailer to get the true volume and check for heavy weighted items. An estimate of the load size needed can be given, if clear photos are provided of all the items that need to be removed.  

Payment is due immediately upon completion of loading via mobile eftpos or cash.

Cancelation/rebooking fees do apply if 24hrs notice is not given.
